
Daily Practice: 30 mins warm-up
Songs: "Nowadays", "Telephone Hour", "Because", and I sang through a couple 60's songs trying to find one for our pro sem audition next week.

Quinn and I shared an hour session with Darren as our pianist. We worked on our duet to Nowadays with him for 15 mins and then we split the rest of the time to work on our individual songs.

I usually pack a bunch of food and eat it throughout the day. Today I realized that I never sat down to eat. Starting with my cereal and bannana in a paper bowl for breakfast, to the sandwhich I ate for dinner, I ate while I walked from one place to the next( while holding an umbrella---yes that's talent!). So a new healthy eating habbit goal I want to implement is sitting down to at least two meals a day. This is going to be a challenge for me, because I always pack my schedule. I'm going to make it a priority and include time to sit and enjoy a meal as part of my schedule. Please help me stay accountable. :)
