Day 17

Daily Practice: 30 mins. Vocal warm-ups with a previous recorded lesson.
Songs: A Way Back to Then, Somethings are Meant to Be, and Bobby's Girl

Healthy Meals 12 and 13.

Had brunch at my friend Emily's appartment and she made me a delicious burrito with a whole wheat tortilla, eggs, onion, tomato, cilantro, beans, and salsa. :)

Liver( trying to get ready to donate blood and I have low iron), rice, carrots, squash, cabbage, and soy sauce. Canaloupe
