Day 14

Daily Practice: 30 minutes. I warmed up with a recording of my last voice lesson and went through some of the excercises I had trouble with.
Songs: "Nowadays" "Somethings are Meant to Be"

Healthy Meal #9: Joe's whole wheat O's, organic soy milk, canaloupe, cottage cheese.









Healthy Meal #10: Healthy Korean Food. Had a shrimp salad( which I ate before I took the picture-you can see a little of the remains on the right), kimchi tofu soup, brown rice instead of white, and side dishes of veggies and fish. mmmm....I love Korean food!
